How can I add games /ringtones to my nokia 1600b?

I bought this nokia 1600b from 7eleven and is a good deal but it does not have internet. At the bottom there seems to be a place that seems to be able to connect to a pc somehow but did not include a cable. Is there anyway to add ringtones?
 
use the free site Ventones

to make ringtones

and then use a data cable to put them on
