How can i backup all of my iPhone app saves ready for iPhone 4?

I'll be getting an Iphone 4 on thursday but i want to keep all of my app data, e.g. game saves and info saved in all apps, how can i back this up and extract the saves ready to be copied to my new iPhone?

you cant get data from ur apps such as saved games or something like that, but you can just download them on ur iphone 4 from the app store for free instead of paying

Right click on it in the devices pane and click back up.

Its funny how people like to use y answers for things that would require a help menu or google.
