How can i buy a iphone4 and get it to China for my friend there.?

Hi everyone. I am from Palm bay, FL. But my business partner is in China. I wonder how can I get him a iphone4.

As i have been told, iphone4 is very expensive in China. iphone4 from US couldn't be used easily in China, etc.

Has anyone done that before, please share your idea.
