How can I buy FATE on the internet but under $10.00?

Well, I would like to purchase FATE the video game but I do not want to buy it for $19.99, so is there possibly a way I can buy it for $10.00 or under on the internet? I do not want to use those wild coins, or whatever they are called. I want to buy the WHOLE Game, forever!
