The batteries must have leaked in my kids Elmo TMX, the toy sounded like it was running out of batteries( it was still working somewhat) but I got new batteries, opend it up and saw dried up white powder all over the batteries.
I tried to scrape it off and put in new batteries but now Elmo still does not make a peep. ( tested the new batteries and they are fine) Can I somehow clean up the coils to make it work again?? Please.. my daughter loves the dum toy...
