How can I complain directly to facebook?

I just have a couple of complains about their new format and suggestions on what I think needs to change, but I can't figure out how to find a way to email them. They probably won't listen to me but at least I can try, and them know how some us feel about these changes!
@Humble, that leads to "Report a Violation of the Facebook Terms" it does have room where I can complain but I am suppose to be reporting on a violation not something else.
At first I didn't get the first website, I have been there before and it just goes in circles.
