Message: <blockquote data-quote="Sean" data-source="post: 2079819" data-attributes="member: 209477"><p>If you have a sound system you most likely have a receiver, the big box with a lot of ports in the back, that receiver should plug into the TV via HDMI, then you plug your Blu-Ray into the back of the receiver, that way it is hooked up to the sound and all, because it's going to the receiver, I only have two cables running from my Plasma, the HDMI from the receiver, and the power cord, that way all my boxes (DVR, DVD player, Blu Ray, Xbox, Wii), go into the back of my receiver via HDMI, and the speakers are plugged into the receiver, so everything including xbox and regular TV is surround sound, hope this helps.</p></blockquote><p></p>
