how can i connect to the internet useing my bluetooth enabled cell phone?

my laptop also has blue tooth. if someone may please place a web site were i can download the software if i need to.

You just need to purchase a bluetooth software. If you pc already has it built in I would suppose that it would be already installed. The program most often used is call Bluetooth stack. Then you just need to configure the LAN connect for your specific carrier.
