how can i contach cnbc pehredar for complain against airtel mobile services?

i was the owner of airtel prepaid mobile number which one was swaped by one of the airtel staff and converted into postpaid on his own name and i lost my balance of rs.500 and another privacy related to that number and now airtel offices says me that there is no any record on your name at our network whereas that number is swaped and currently using by another one how could it possible?
