How can I contact Sony to provide feedback on design of laptop?

I just want to let Sony know how much I dislike the design of my new Vaio but all of the websites seem to be for support and repairs. Apparently they don't want to hear from their consumers.
Anyone know of an email address or phone # to contact them that doesn't have to do with repair/support/store?
