How can I convert XviD to DivX?

I am looking for a software that converts several XviD files to DivX without a lot of hassle and without losing the quality of the video. I want to select all the files I have, choose the codec that I want to convert to and just wait. Not losing the quality is also another important factor for me. I would really appreciate it if any one could help me on this matter.
