Is she wearing eyeliner..? Also is it white eyeshadow that she is wearing.. If anyone knows any specific youtube video etc.. please let me know.. Also I would love some tips on achieving Leighton Meester's look.. THANKS :)
 
omg same look as me! to highlight your yellow green eyes use a gold eye liner and line your top eye. now apply a gold sparkly eyeshadow. apply a light blush to the apples of your cheeks to raise your cheek bones. now sweep bronzer over your cheekbones and browbones, because that is were the sun hits. also, apply a shimmery clear lip gloss. Finally, apply mascara to your top lashes for a finished look.
