How can I do homework for a class that doesn't interest me?

Okay I have an accounting class that I am struggling in I am actually trying hard I just don't know which category's you put the money in debit or credit for each one for example salary expense and such and a/p(accounts payable) really mess me up.

Anyways how do I do homework that doesn't interest me & that I find extremely boring?
