How can I download XVID MPEG-4 (XVID) codec?

I downloaded a bunch of torrents that ended up needing this to play them. I went to download it, and my computer cancels it out because the name or publisher is "unsigned" or something like that. I know there has to be a way to do this- I'm getting so frustrated! Any advice? THanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
Predator- I do use Bitorrent... usually the player is VLC (the one with the little traffic cone) but all these ones I downloaded are through Windows Media Player. I'll try the site you told me tho thanks!
 
Go to Torrentz.in . For that you should be having bit torrent or utorrent!
 
I suggest that you get it from the original website. It's an easy download. If you run into troubles with the installer, you could always download the open version which has no installer, just the files and maybe the source code. It will also have instructions on how to install it.
