OK, let's start with exercise.
Me and my mom and 3 sisters live in a VERY small 3 bedroom 2 story apartment. I can't go to a gym a. because it's too exspensive b. I always get embarrassed because there are always adults there, staring. I can't go outside because there are creepers that live across the street. I can't join a sport at school because I live an hour away from school and my mom doesn't want to drive out that far. I can't really exercise in the house because we live on top of our landlord and she can kick us out if theres too much sound and movement going on up here.
Now with the food:
- My mom thinks I'm too young to go on a diet(13)
- Healthy food is more expensive
- Even when she does buy healthy food, she buys it for herself and I'm not allowed to eat any
- When she buys health food, she also buys unhealthy food like icecream for my sisters, and its really addictive
- I can't do any of that crap eat 5-8 small meals a day because I go to school for 8 hours + 2 hours to go to and from school + extra time i need to get up 2 get ready, sooo if I see one of those stupid CAPS things saying DONT BELIVE IN FADS EXERCISE EAT 5 - 8 SMALL MEALS A DAY, you will be reported for spam
SOO as you can see I'm at a disadvantage, can someone help me please!! SOS!

Have you taken time to actually discuss this with her? You seem to be focusing on things that prevent you from eating right and exercising. You need to find ways to get exercise as well as eat healthy. Your mom is going to have to get involved whether she likes it or not. Healthy food is not more expensive that junk food. It is simply a matter of making proper choices and not just buying those that are fast or easy to make.
