How can I find the internet news server my internet service provider has given me?

I am trying to join one of those alt.binaries.XXX groups and the Outlook Express internet connection window came up and asked me to type in the name of the NNTP server, but I have no idea what it is or how to find it.

Best bet is to call up your technical support, or do a search.If that doesn't work... try Google using USENET SERVER NNTP and your internet provider's name.

It usually something like.....news.YOURDOMAIN.com"Your Domain" being Your Internet Service Provider.
