It's a slide phone and if I switch it on, use it then slide the screen down again, then the screen goes blank and I have to take out the battery and restart the phone. If that doesn't happen, then the screen goes dull and sometimes I can't even turn the phone on. It's mostly charged. Help. Is this a problem with the battery or what and how can I fix it?
