how can i fix my toyota celica something electronic?

i have probolems with my toyota celica 2001,when the engine is cold nothing electronic works but after 5 or 7 minutes evething star to work again,and the check engine appear,my speedmeter and all the lights go off.what can i do?

Auto electrician sounds like a good idea, I never did much on the electrical side of things on cars but they can be very hard to trace at times and require expensive equipment, doesn't sound like anything I heard before tbh and seems a bit strange that the electrics are delayed after startup... Do the electrics work with just the ignition on and without the engine running? wiring, battery, alternator, earth faults etc.... Check your alternator charge rate, check the connections on the battery, check for broken wires and see what you find.
