How can i get a 16gb apple iphone?

you can go to at&t and buy one for $299.99. or you can buy a refurb for at&t for $199.99. or you can go to ebay.
 
Check with your Apple store if you have one near you. They are sometimes located in malls. Call 411 to find the closest store. Ask if they offer discounts or have special offers for new customers.
