How can I get a bad smell out of my car's upholstery?

My 4 yr old niece didn't tell me she was feeling sick and while on the freeway she threw up on the seat and the floor mat. I scrubbed and scrubbed it myself so it's clean now, but it still smells when I put my nose up to it. And since it's a car you're close to everything.

Finally, how can I get the smell all the way OUT of the seat and floor mat?
