Hey everybody! Well I'm overweight and I've been doing more than hour of cardio and I've been on a diet this summer... I kinda want to join a soccer team for spring... i wanna know how to get in shape, I've never played soccer in my life, not even for fun, but i see games all the time and makes me wanna be part of it, how should i train my self? or with help from a friend? and if you can you tell me about your soccer experiences?? first day on the team? how it feels, especially if your overweight, i wanna know a lot about soccer players in training.
