How can i get more memory on my motorola v3 razr?

its pink and it holds nothing, is there anyway that i could get a memory card/stick for it or upgrade to another pink razr that has more memory or capable of more memory without extending my contract or paying more than aprx. $20.
even if there is a way that costs more than that or i have to extend my contract for, let me know please.
