I have been training my 4 month old puppy for the last 2 weeks and nothing has changed since the first day. She relieves herself outside, but it is only because we take her out every 30 minutes. She rarely has warning signs and doesnt sniff around or walk around for more than three seconds before she does her business. She randomly stops what ever she is doing and stands up and pees then and there. We catch her in the act all of the time and let her know that it is bad. We do not hit her. The puppy reacts to our scolding, but it seems like she is not learning. Does anyone have any suggestions?
