How can I get my Talk2Cellular headphones to work with my new IOGear GBU421

Bluetooth Adaptor to work together? I bought the IOGear Adapter so that I could use the Talk2Cellular headphones (Both capable of A2DP Audio Support) and listen to music or videos on my computer without any wires. But I can't seem to get the headphones to pair or for the IOGear Adapter to find the device. I have set the settings on the IOGear to make the device visible to other devices but cannot get the devices to see each other.
Anyone have any ideas on these 2 products?
