How can I get my Time Warner to give me cheaper internet service? ?

Right now as it is I am switching to direct tv from Time Warner and am getting it in four rooms but I want to keep my cable internet but they will charge me 5 dollars extra. total 49.99 per month for cable. Is there anyway I can Negotiate the cable internet bill while canceling my tv cable bill?
 
Well first of all Time Warner a lot of people say charge mor than the average the best thing is satellite since comcast is gone and time warner took over.
