How can I get ringtones on my LG Scoop without accessing internet from my phone?

I have an LG Scoop from Alltel, but I can't figure out how to get ringtones on the phone without buying them from Alltel or accessing the internet. I don't have the money for either of these options, and i have a few ringtones stored on my computer. How can I get them from my computer to my phone?
