Well, they're actually cornish game hens. I want to cook them so they're rotisserie style, but I don't have a rotisserie oven. So, how can I cook these so they're rotisserie style?
I have found that if I use a rotisserie-style rub & place it on a rack in the oven, it tastes the same as a rotisserie chicken. You can also use one of those oven bags to put your chicken in, to seal in the juices. I'm sure you can find a bunch of rotisserie rubs on the internet that will fit your taste & style. <*)))><
