how can i get speed tv or tsn on my rogers cable that comes from a magichole in

the ceiling that i dont pay fo I am new to Toronto and haven't quite grasped TV yet. i live in a basement. the lady upstairs has included 'cable' in the price of the apartment. i am told it is rogers cable we get all the basic stuff. I need to see the Formula 1 Grand Prix races which i believe are shown on SPEED and TSN. What do i need to do to get these channels. Does the lady upstairs have to change to digital? Can I buy a box myself and just hook in? Will it cost her anymore upstairs. I don't want to put her out. but i really need my motor sport. I live in toronto.
