How can I get the video off of my LG Sentio and put it on my computer...

...without bluetooth? I can't do bluetooth capability on my computer as far as I can tell, and I REALLY need to get this video out to my group, but its stuck on my phone. I've tried photobucket, e-mail, text message, nothing's working!
I have a USB cord, but I can't figure out what I need to do! Data Service? Can someone walk me through this??
