how can i get videos onto my nokia n81?

i want to put videos from my computer onto my nokia n81 phone


could someone please give me instructions how to do so, and it would aslo help if someone could tell me format they need to be in

Your mobile only supports 3gp,mp4,mpeg4 videos. U need to have ImTOO 3GP converter. download it and convert your videos to these formats
If you download mobile DVD, Devix player, or Smart movie, your mobile will support avi & DVD formats!
(they are sisx format & you can get them from www.gallery.mobile9.com and install it on your phone.)
