I have 2 pet mice and one has a very large bump on her tail. Lately I've noticed a hole in the lump and her face is cut up. I often hear loud squeaks and by the time I get to the cage nothings happening but I think the other mouse is bullying her. Also today I keep catching the injured mouse sleeping in the food dish. Is she dying and if so how can I help her along? I love animals and I don't have the money to bring her to the vet to be euthanized but can't stand to see her suffer.
Also if she dies will the other be sad? I seperated them before and they both freaked out and I sold the other cage....
