I have already replaced the spark plugs, air filter, sprayed carb cleaner in the carb, and ran some lucus injector cleaner in the gas. I'm only getting 10-11 mpg city and 12-12.5 highway.

inflate your tires to 3lbs less than the pressure stamped on the tire (the max pressure), change the fuel filter, the plug wires may need changing too. the tire and fuel filter thing got me 3mpg on my 2000 ford truck. use synthetic oil if you dont already. run some injector cleaner thru your gas tank every few fillups. i read a website that said adding couple ounces of acetone to a full tank helps vaporize the gas better for better mileage, im checking that one right now.
