...aggressive dog? My dog that I currently have now is very animal aggressive, but a very close friend of mine is having to give away her Yorkie and she wants me to take it. And I would be more than happy to, but I'm not sure on how to go about introducing the two dogs together without their being a fight. Is there a method on doing that?
 
Do it on neutral territory. If it becomes a problem, don't take the dog.

You will need to keep them separated, and never leave them alone together unattended. If you're hell bent on keeping the dog, get a Behaviorist to help you with the situation.
 
If your dog is dog aggressive this will never work. You would need to keep the two dogs separated at all times and that is not an easy way to live. You only have to make one mistake and it's all over.

Tell your friend to surrender her Yorkie to Yorkie rescue when it will find a good home. Surely your friend would be more concerned about the safety of her little dog than to knowingly give him to a home where he is likely to be attacked and killed.
