. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, but only for an hour and all I do is the Zumba (latin dancing) class. This monday I am planning on spending 2 hours at the gym. I am wondering and would like to know if the treadmill will help me lose the fatty part around my hips and tone my buttocks and legs? I am at 152lbs and I am 5'3". I would like to get down to 130-135lbs. I drink 8 glasses of water a day. Soft drinks are out of my life completely, but I struggle a bit when it comes to food&snacks I seem too run out of ideas. Can you guys please give me more tips on what I can do to slim down a little and tone up as well, and also examples of what kind of foods, meals, and healthy snacks will help me. Thank you!
