How can I lose 20lbs by summer if I already eat healthy? Which excersises are best?

I am a 17 year old girl and i weigh 150 pounds. i used to be very atheletic so i have a pretty muscular body... but still, more of my weight is fat than it is muscle.
I don't have bad eating habits. I eat cereal in the morning, a sandwich for lunch, and whatever my mom makes for dinner. (This usually includes meat, a salad, and something on the side like pasta or potatoes.) The only in between snacks I have are fruits and vegetables.
I didn't used to eat very healthy, because I would pig out on junk food. That's how I got to be 150 pounds. I don't do that anymore, and I think I have an adequate diet. By the way, I drink 4 glasses of water a day.
Therefore, I'm maintaining my weight but not losing any. I know excercising is the only way I can lose, but I don't know what kind of excersise I should do.
