How can I make a scavenger hunt and find build a bear?

My older sister and I are taking her daughter to the mall tomorrow and I am going to let her make a build a bear. She does not know yet though! She is 8 years old and I wanted to make a sort of scavenger hunt for her to figure out what it is that we are going to do once we get to the mall, please help!
