How can I make my cat more comfortable in her harness?

I had this same problem with my dog heres what you do. take your cat and put her some food and toys in her harness.make it comfortable add some yarn balls and treats maybe even a small bed or folded blanket.then block it so she cant get out and the cat will eventually adapt!
 
will leaving my cat in her harness get her use to it just like her collar? i want to be able to take her outside without having to worry about her running off somewhere i cant get her so she needs the harness outside. will she just get use to it?
