[QUOTE="steo, post: 1978584, member: 370803"] Im male, 22. Ive been in a monogomous relationship for 8 months, my partner is 21. When it comes to sex everything was fine until a couple of months ago. We both live at home so sometimes it can be hard, one night her sister nearly walked in on us and i lost the ability to perform. Since this happened i find it hard to get or maintain an erection, forplay is fine but when it comes to actual sex i lose it. Its really starting to worry me which can only make it worse and my partner is becoming very frustrated also. ive been looking it up on the web and think it is performance anxiety. Its like since this happened im not worried or thinking about other people walking in but thinking about trying not to lose the erection which ends up having the opposite effect. i really need to know how to over come it. i know you will probable say that i need to relax and not think about it, but when it comes down to it, its all i can think about. weve tried getting a hotel so theres no interruptions but the same thing happened. i dont want to try hypnosis or medication because i dont think i need them. what i really want to know is how long this will last? is it common? how can i overcome it?
