I know that "Battlefield 2: Modern Combat" released 4 PS2 and Xbox, but I hope that there is a way to play it on PC.

Like You say, its released on PS2 and XBox. Since Battlefield was originally released on PC the "Modern Combat" Part was only designed for consoles because of the controller-issues PC->Console. If you want to play Battlefield 2 on PC you have to buy the original Battlefield 2 for PC. (Its even better though 
)

Buy a copy of BF2 for PC. Then go out and buy the Modern Combat Expansion Pack for PC. Install and enjoy.
