How can I put music on my Gravity T phone from T-Mobile?

Ok,this is my new phone.I was wondering how do I put music into it..Can you guys please list the step-by-step instructions?I was also wondering wear is the headphone jack for it?I don't seem to see it anywhere. P.S. DO NOT SAY TO GET A BLACKBERRY OR AN IPHONE.
