how can I remove the memory card from my old Nokia 3530?

I want to remove the memory from my old Nokia 3530 and try to transfer the data on it to my new mobile. Can anybody give me a link where I can check how to remove the memory from my old mobile? It is an old model and I am unable to find any answers on searching the internet. Please help me as I need to move mostly the sms that i have saved after i got it from my friends. Is there any alternate way on how i can move all of it without removing the memory on it? Any suggestion is welcome.
