...can't get red of the spots. I bought my car from dealer shop, who had done a VERY BAD JOB in window tinting. I pealed off the film but now I have this mess, where I can't get red of the spots. It almost feels of dry glue, as remaining of the film. Car looks CRAPIER NOW. Thanks
 
soapy water and a good razor will have you with some clean clear windows.
 
bamc is right, dont waste time and money for a tint removal kit
