I am having some trouble with my blackberry curve from t-mobile. The phone is littlee over Year old and now when I talk to someone I hear Static in the background and after a bit the phone shuts off. I cant turn on the phone unless I plug the charger in. I have orderd a new battery which should be here anytime, but I am not sure if it has to do anything with the battery. I was wondering is there a way that I can restore the phone's software maybe that will take care of the problem.
