How can I restore the images on my Internet Explorer?

For some reason, my Internet Explorer just stopped displaying images. I don't know what I did, but I think it has something to do with the cookies I deleted.

Can anyone help me please?
It just started running like this, by the way. It didn't ask about anything "unsafe."

Next time it asks you if you want to show the unsafe things, say yes.
