How can I save satellite imagery from Google and view it on my computer?

Many layers, from an entire city. Don't give me that MSPaint and Print Screen crap, I'm not a moron.
Tyler: Because we're talking about many images and I want to be able to navigate through them as if it were Google Maps but offline and I want it in a file.

Why not, Print screen would be the easiest way to do something like that. But don't put it on paint you can print screen then paste onto Microsoft word and then crop all the bits you don't want out of it
