How can I save satellite imagery from Google and view it on my computer?

Which picture you want from google open thar then go to File click save as then save this slide to your hard disk partition, whenever you want to see you may open this.

Don't tell me about capturing the images and pasting them of paint or any other graphic editor. That's not efficient, they're too many.

you'll have to print screen.
if your on a laptop press fn which is in the bottom left corner and prt sc which is in the top right corner, then go on paint and paste or ctrl & v if your are on a pc then just simply press ctrl and prnt sc and then go on paint and paste, hope i can help,
