How can I see what my secondary owner is doing on Verizon?

I am the primary account owner of mine and my fiance's verizon wireless bills. I have a rather odd huntch about somethings that are going on and I have heard that you can see what the secondary owner is doing through your account such as, seeing contacts, text messages, etc. please help! thank you
