Well in a few days, i am going holiday and the car isnt a problem, but the plane is a 3hr30mins journey, and its not that i get travel sick, its just that i get so paranoid and nervous and worked up about being travel sick, that i make myself feel ill. im fine as soon as i getoff the plane, its just on it, i feel awful and nervous! so i was wondering how i could stop myself feeling like this, but i dont want any pills, just ideas how to calm myself down. its an early morning flight, so hopefully i will be able to get some sleep, but if not what should i do? the thought of sitting thousands of feet in the air in one spot for 3hours is haunting to me. help!
