How can i stop repetitive dreams?

I'm pretty young, and ive had dreams about a pregnancy I didn't follow through with and was pressured into abortion, not by choice. In some dreams i follow through with the pregnancy, a few ive been ridiculed by my peers, and others were like reenactment of the abortion. Point is, they scare and upset me and I really don't want these dreams, but also don't want to tell anyone i'm having them.. Is there a way to get rid of them..?

This isnt actually that rare, people just dont admit, or remember them. i used to have dreams everynight that ants and spiders were crawling all over me. and on multiple occasions, i had dreams of angels, jesus and the devil and waking up seeing them slowly evaporate.scared the hell out of my but i just thought about the good things in my life. idk if this helps at all, but at least i can share my own personal experiences with you.
