so my 3 yr old sister figured out how to lock me out of my own(yes, i purchased this ipod it was NOT stolen) 8GB ipod touch which just so happens to be jailbroken.
i have at least 400 songs on there (my friends used THEIR itunes accounts to get me the songs)
3 videos that i paid for
and all my data on it
everyone is telling me the only way to remove the lock is to restore it..
BUT I DONT WANT TO ERASE EVERYTHING OFF OF IT

im afraid that if i go to the apple store they wont do anything about it becuase of it being jailbroken and all{they honestly hate the jailbreaking}
plz plz plz help if u can
anything that has to do with either getting the lock off or copying all my songs and data onto my computer
